Aging and Fitness: How Newton's Law Can Help

Have you ever heard of Newton's First law of Motion?

An object at rest stays at rest, and an object in motion stays in motion. Just like objects, our bodies have a tendency. They'll remain as they are useless something pushes them to change.

If someone's lifestyle is sedentary and is full of unhealthy habits, they'll naturally drift towards poor fitness. On the contrary, with regular exercise and a balanced diet, you can maintain a state of good fitness.

However, just as a ball thrown up slows down due to gravity, our bodies also face challenges. Aging brings about changes muscle loss, reduced flexibility, and other factors that slow us down.

Once we lose our fitness momentum, trying to regain it, especially as we age, can be an uphill battle. Instead, it's simpler to keep our pace, to make small, consistent efforts towards staying active.
See the difference? Maintaining Fitness is much easier than trying to rebuild it from scratch. The secret? Stay in Motion. By doing so, we combat the factors that aim to slow us down. Remember, things in motion tend to stay in motion. So, let's keep moving and enjoy a healthy life!
